  • PRN-HCI is seeking a PRN to assist the clinical team of doctors and mid-level providers in the direct care of patients. The candidate shall have the technical knowledge to perform routine nursing duties in a fast-paced, family practice clinic environment. The candidate should have prior experience with use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or be able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of a computer. On-going training will be provided.

 

  • Operational Nurse Manager-HCI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the Operational Nurse Manager.  The ONM will perform as an established member of the nursing structure, assisting in the development and Implementation of professional standards for various components of the nursing service. The ONM will be responsible for carrying forth operational changes and implementing process changes in accordance with the specifications of HCI policy, meaningful use and Patient Centered Medical Home standards.  Previous experience with EMR’s and HIT is required.  Candidate must have prior experience with implementing process and workflow change using computer based technology.

 

  • Dentist-Healthy Connections, Inc (HCI), operates two medical and dental sites, one in Mena and the other in Mount Ida Arkansas. The Mena location recently relocated to a new state of the art facility with eight modernly equipped dental operatories. A full support staff is available at both locations. Administrative staff on site to coordinate with patients, handle claims and enrollment, and handle executive, operations, and financial management.

 

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Healthy Connections, Inc (HCI), operates two medical and dental sites, one in Mena and the other in Mount Ida Arkansas. The Mena location recently relocated to a new state of the art facility with eleven medical exam rooms modernly equipped. A full support staff is available at both locations. Administrative staff on site to coordinate with patients, handle claims and enrollment, and handle executive, operations, and financial management. Some of the duties of the LCSW would include performing behavioral health screening, triage, evaluation, and assessment to determine appropriate level of behavior health care and treatment plan; consult and collaborate with primary care clinicians regarding the treatment of behavioral health disorders; diagnose patient behavioral health issues; establish and Carry out treatment plans; work with primary care team to effectively and efficiently treat, manage, and counsel patients; provide individual or group treatments as determined by patient need and patient ability; provide education and support to patients and their families to encourage compliance with medical and behavioral health issues; plan, coordinate and facilitate referrals to existing community resources when indicated by assessed need; and other duties as assigned.
