Primary Care clinics located on school campuses in Arkansas.
Care For students, faculty, and the whole community
School-based health centers, clinics on the school campus, are staffed with medical and mental health professionals who are focused on student health and are wise enough to see that reaching students means being where they are. School-age children and adolescents need access to high quality, culturally competent, comprehensive health care.
While students and faculty are seen first, the community at-large is also able to utilize the school-based health center. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, including AR Kids First, and all health insurances. We also offer a sliding-fee scale for those without health insurance.
Our mission is improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve with a commitment to excellence in all that we do. We have nine locations throughout West-Central Arkansas and offer a variety of services for your whole family.
Our school-based health centers provide medical and behavioral health services to students, faculty and the community at-large, regardless of ability to pay. We offer a sliding fee scale for those who qualify and low cost or no cost services, as well as accept most major insurance carriers. Healthy Connections discounted services are perfect for those that are underinsured or uninsured.
Healthy Connections is here to help improve your physical and mental health and well-being with a commitment to excellence in all that we do.
We see patients related to primary and preventative medical care — from children to senior citizens. We offer same-day appointments and walk-ins are welcome.
We also now offer Behavioral Health services with a licensed therapist in the clinic to provide emotional support, mental health evaluations, therapy, and case management services to people experiencing psychological, emotional, medical, social and/or familial challenges.
Healthy Connections accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most private health insurance plans. However, no person will be turned away for lack of insurance. Qualified families will be charged according to their total family income on a sliding scale. Enrollment assistance is also available for Medicaid, ARKids 1st and the Affordable Care Act.
