Program Details
W.A.T.C.H. accepts most forms of medical and dental insurance; however, no person will be turned away for lack of insurance.
Qualified families will be charged according to their total family income (known as the Sliding Fee Program). If you are interested in enrolling in the Sliding Fee Program, you will need to make an appointment to see the Financial Counselor at WATCH.
You will be asked to bring the following to your appointment:
- Names of every person in your household.
- Dates of birth for every person in your household.
- Social Security Numbers for ever person in your household.
- The last 3 months' verification of income for every applicable person in your household.
Our Medicaid Outstation Worker can also help you enroll in ARKids 1st if you are interested in doing so.
